Some good choices for the mid range shaman are

Rust Encrusted Wristguard


Chains of the Accused


Bracelet of the Spiritcharmer


All three are reasonably priced in the bazaar most days.

A couple of others you might want to look into

Coldain Military Wristguard
A quested item but very handy for the mid to high level shaman

Jaundiced Bone Bracer
Very pricey but incredibly powerful for the 45-60 shaman and useful all the way to 65.

Look for items that have stamina , wisdom or hitpoints. For mid level a couple good wrist pieces that have dropped off alot in price are the Bracelet of Sense and Bracelet OF Fortitude, Nice AC and Saves , plus 15 to Wisdom and stamina respectively and no Level limit. Throw them on and depending on youre race start saving for a J.B. Bracer and do the Coldain Military Wristguard Quest.
