My friend told me that u can take 2 paths buffs or spells and i was wondering wich was the best he said that the buff path was the best and thats probably wut i will go with but i was curious wut other people thought was better

Sounds more like Dark Age of Camelot where you have a choice where to put points every level which effects what types of spells you get - for instance damage vs. buffs. In Everquest you don't get a choice like that. All druids can buy all the druid spells. However you can specialize in a type of spells (I think around lvl 20?) it makes you less likely to fizzle and you use less mana in that spell type - for instance conjuration or abjuration. You would want to specialize in the spell type you use most or there are other factors depending on your class. Hope this helps clarify things.
