I have been away from EQ for a year. I have been back for a few weeks now playing my old war. In a recent patch they talked about new warrior abilities. Any info on the new abilities would be most helpfull.

I don't play a warrior so I am not sure what has been introduced live and what is still to come, but there are a bucket load of changes. Changes to disciplines, new taunting skills and more.
I suggest that you head over to Steel Warriors and do a trawl through the board, you are sure to find plenty of info about them.
One thing is for sure you need to get on top of the new taunts, my warrior friends tell me they are great and just what they had needed. They certainly don't have trouble getting and keeping aggro anymore.
Well, except for that one frog in PoS who beat the living crap out of me when I snared it recently, but that is another story

Basically Thronter, you need to buy a book for each discipline now and hand it in to your guildmaster. EC tunnel is a good place to get them.
