Run Speed and Spell Casting TimeFollow

After the March 25th patch, I've noticed my 56 Druids speed is...exceptionally fast, to say the least. SoW and SoE have no effect on it, it would seem, as they add no extra speed. I've noticed the running sound effect has been quickened, but definitely the speed itself is faster. I have run 3, but it definitely isnt this fast. Anyone else having this problem? Well..its not a problem really, I'll take it :D But has anyone else noticed it?

Secondly, spell casting time. When I cast a spell, theres nothing but silence for a second, then the spell casting sound effect starts. The Casting time meter, however, starts right after i cast the spell. After the meter has finished its countdown, it takes anywhere from 1-3 seconds to actually apply the spell. I'm not lagging, nothing to do with Latency. But I'll be danged if Im going to attempt to hunt with such an extra amount of time to cast spells?

Very odd all of it is, and I assume the new patch did it. But Maybe I'm just crazy.

EDIT - Oddly enough, I just logged in now with the same character and the speed has returned to normal as well as the lack of spell casting lag. Maybe the Erollisi Marr Server just had gas.
