No. Haste is limited to:

One continual haste item (i.e FBSS, Mithril 2-Handed Sword, etc)
-and-
One haste spell effect (i.e. Celerity, Earthen Blade Proc, etc) including most bard songs
-and-
One bard song from the Ervaj, Vah Shir, Rizlona or Muse lines

And, from what I understand, the Berserker Warcry overhaste will stack upon all the above.

I'm talking about spell casting haste. I'm sorry for the confusion. Say I cast Blessing of Reverence on the group, and someone has a haste item Such as Orb of Thunderous Spirits (25% Spell Haste - Speed of Mithaniel) Will those 2 things stack?

That's what I get for largely playing a melee Smiley: grin

I'll leave the spell casting haste answers to someone who knows.

Yes they will. AA, item, and buff spell haste will stack.

Spell casting haste does not stack. The game takes the highest haste you have and applies that. For instance, Let's say you have a Frostreaver's embroidered cloak(spell haste 3, 15% haste on all spells up to level 60) and a ceramic gavel of justice(affliction haste 4, 25% haste on detrimental spells with a duration of 30 second or more only up to level 65). If you cast any spell other than a DoT(damage over time), your spell will cast 15% faster(the bonus that your frostreaver's gives). If you cast a DoT, the spell will cast 25% faster(the bonus from your ceramic gavel will supercede the frostreaver's bonus).

If someone happens to cast blessing of piety or blessing of faith on you(10% spell haste), it will not increase your spell casting as your frostreaver's and ceramic gavel already have higher hastes.

Thank you Air and Dan, I tend to agree with Dan. :)

That sounds more like Sony's way of doing things.

Just to clear up any confusion with my post. Like Dan said, only the best item is taken into account. Items do not stack. However, Spell based spell haste (AoR, BoR, etc) will stack with an item, but not with other spells. AA haste will stack with item and spell based. Also, there is a cap on spell haste. You can't reduce spell casting time by more than 50%.
