I ran all over last night trying to find the alcohol-free hard lemonade, keg of 5 yr old ale, hard candy, etc. No luck. Can anyone tell me where these vendors are located? I tried Halas,BB, Freeport, NRo and SRo.

I saw them in Felwithe last night. If you turn left after crossing the bridge when you enter, there is a female elf standing there. Forgot her name though. She gives out the quest for the "Staff of Endless Adventure" and sells the items you are looking for.
If life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Then find someone that life has given vodka and have party.

Some of them at least are also in W Freeport in the newbie hunting area, past the city entrance if you come from the POK.

In South Qeynos, down where you go by the front of the "Lion's Main" inn, by the docks entrance (before you go thru archway to docks) by the door to the lion's main entrance, there is a low polygon model NPC holding the staff of endless adventure, (particle effects like a sparkler) & instead of hailing him, just right click him like a merchant, notice, altho the majority of his stuffs are lore, if they are stackable, you can buy a stack of these lore items at once, but no more than a stack LOL Hope this helps

They are not really vendors in the normal sense. When you zone into a town, you will see a message in your chat window saying you should come see such and so near this place. They are the temporary NPCs that are handing out the collection bags and scavenger hunt lists for this/last week. They also have an inventory of items you can buy and some of them are free. The beer, hard candy, and cake I believe, along w/ a commemorative wooden coin and a festive doll are free. They also sell other items like the luckiest cabbage or somesuch. Just watch for the message when you zone into most towns.
There was an optimist in MR bazaar last night selling Free Beer for 5gp. Some people worry me.

On Morden Rasp people seem resonabler - not even trying to sell the Alcohol-Free hard Lemonade there ;-)

In West Freeport you can purchase the food and drink from Phineas Taylor. He is located Northwest of the city gate at location 470, 460.
Thanks for the help. Found what I was looking for in Felwithe. My girlfriend took her dwarf warrior from 2 to 200 in alcohol tolerence in about 4 hours on the 5 yr keg of ale! Cost about 100 plat.
