Hi all,
I've noticed that when I go up a level and get 5 skill points to allocate, if I put one skill point into some skills it takes me from 0 to 10 rather than from 0 to 1 as expected. Can anyone tell me why this is the case for some skills and not others and will it take me to 20 with just one more skill point?
It certainly seems that I should be using this allocation quite carefully to get the best effect.
Any thoughts or advice?

If you can only train the skill at level10, then 1 point puts it straight up to 10, if you get it at 40, then 1 will take it all the way up to 40
