Lore text for Fiery DefenderFollow

I'm writing a walkthrough for the paladin epic. It always seemed to me that the epic quest was a series of very disjointed and unrelated subquests. It turns out I was just missing a lot of the lore for those quests. So, I've undertaken to assemble them all in one guide.

I'm starting with the Fiery Defender, which is in fact the third and final stage of the Paladin epic quest.

Notes in red indicate missing or inexplicable issues. I'd appreciate any help you could provide in resolving anomalies or finding the missing text.
