i know this info is out there but i having a hard time finding it for some reason
does anyone know of a good site or post somewhere that talks about the various keys and or flags needed for the different planes?
also i thought i read somwhere that some of theplaces you need keys or flags that if you are of a high enough level you no longer do is this correct?

We had these linked to our MBs, and the images hosted on our site, however they were not created by us in any means :)
The Public planes are as follows.
Tier 1 - PoNightmare, PoInnovation, PoDisease, PoJustice. Lvl 46.
Tier 2 - PoStorms, PoValor, PoTorment. Lvl 55
Tier 3 - Bastion of Thunder, Crypt of Decay. Lvl 62.
That should be most of them. Not sure quite where CoD is but I'm sure someone will mention something if I got them wrong :)
