I would just go with what ever has the most stats.

The ladder of the afore mention'd had only +4 in 3 stats. I usually (granted i am new to game) go for what ever has the most stat enhancements. Face it, you will end up having to build those stats anyways later on.

Don't take me wrong i won't buy or try to get an item that enhances +1 across a couple of stats but the first mention'd item will help in the end.
