My friend is a wizard who is a master in spell research. I am a druid and have the components for my spells. He keeps saying I might have to get the lexicon that you combine the spells in from my guild master, but hes not sure.
Anyone know if all the lexicons are the same? can you make any spell in them? or are they class specific?

If your wizzy friend has 200 research (210 with 5% research mod item), the he can do the combine with a good chance of success, assuming he has obtained his advanced research book.
Int class casters can make many of the priest class spells. My wizzard has made a number of druid, shammy, and cleric spells.

oh,you wizaaard friend can do any othe the spells that can be researched for you after the lvl 51 ones and use the Lexicon,grimoire lol..well the one that he got after 100 reseach points ... I hope that helped you out
The containers are all class specific.
The one your friend needs is the Sorcerer's Lexicon which is NO DROP. Your friend has to pick it up himself (in the Gulf of Gunthak.)
