Shandlers Roost. Exit the bazaar into SH. Go up the stairs and hang a right (going toward the cement pond). Run down the stair case and the joint is on yer left. Enter the building and go down to the basement. Just a little tip.... You might as well delete all of the money that you are planning on spending there. It would save you a trip. But you never know, you might actually win something other thatn some no drop food. Best of luck!
Yes, I bought one of the tokens for the casino and won some no drop food. WOW! While I was there a person dropped 2k into the casino and said she got absolutely nothing but no drop food. Back to the Bazaar for me; I can make a lot more money there by buying really low and selling for average price. I've got to believe that SOE has a long term plan for making the casino better, but as it is now Lord Visagoth is right. Delete the money you are planning to spend there and find something else to do.

Um... It's a casino. It works just like every other casino in the universe. The house always comes out ahead. What that means is that over time, you will always spend more then what you win. It's just a mathmatical certainty. They are not going to "fix" the casino so that you'll make money. You will not make money at the casino. You will lose it.
Even from a purchase point of view, you're better off just spending your money on things you actually want to buy rather then dropping them into a casino and hoping that you get something worth while.
This is just dumb, but I suppose there are lots of dumb people out there. You really are better off just giving your money to somme random person then throwing it away in the casino. At least then you'll have made someone happy.

Obviously the house will win more often than not. If casinos weren't profitable then Vegas wouldn't exist. What I meant about SOE making the casino better isn't that I hope they make it so we win more often. I meant that I hope they make the prize something more useful like an item that can be used in a tradeskill. I think it's nice that you get something even when you lose, so I'm not complaining about the concept, only the reward itself.
Now that I think about it the no drop food does fit into the whole casino atmosphere. It would be the equivalent of getting free drinks while you gamble. Hmm, forget my complaint about the reward. Gamble away.
