52 Mage, Where can I summon?Follow

I've found alot of nice websites with mage info, but they all seem to be horribly outdated. I've spent the last couple levels in Burning Woods, but the trash there is starting to go light blue. I am hoping to get some up to date suggestions. I've heard the entrance to the hole (Elemental Warriors I believe) is good, but I don't remember the level range to go there, or have the slightest idea how to get there :)

Neriak guards are fun, but their HT and rediculous resists make soloing there slow at best.

So, any mage people or mage alt people out there with some advice for an aspiring magician?

Thanks in advance,

Heh. Actually, your brain fart is what made me read the post (was kinda curious what the specifics of the question would be). I don't normally respond to posts asking where to solo. Not because I dislike soloers or anything, but because I generally don't know as many spots as other posters...

But I'll toss out some general ideas for your level anyway. The Hole is probably really good. Problem is that it's usually camped already (cause it is a good spot).

If you have the LoY expansion, try Dulak (I think that's the one). Should be reasonable for your level). Exp should be good, and trash loot aint bad at all.

I don't know if you've looked into the new Durga/Nurga on Kunark. They were revamped. I'm actually not positive what the level range for the entrance area mobs are, but they might be right for you to pick them off. Something to check out at least.

If you feel like trekking out there a ways, Scarlet Desert on Luclin is pretty decent at that level IIRC. It's a long walk, but you probably wont be bothered by too many folks, and rockhopper hides can sell very well. Katta isn't too far away for your banking/merchant needs either (you're just waaaay far away from anywhere else though).

I have no idea if the SolC zone would have level appropriate stuff (just incase you're looking for dungeon exp). Maybe worth chcking out. I think it's supposed to be a 50+ zone now? Don't remember though.

Hmmm... All I can think of off the top of my head. Again, the level ranges may not be quite right for you. It's been awhile since I played a character in that range, and some of those zones have been updated since I was last there. YMMV.

Try the Crypt of Nadox in LoY. enter from dulak invis up and run to the other zoneline and camp there. The mobs are easy singles from there. They hit about 150'ish and hit relatively quickly. but they drop some decent plat and is good exp. I could root and bake these guys with my 53 druid no problem so Im not sure how its gonna work with a mage.. Would be easier I think.
