What happend to slam??Follow

It's been a few years since I've played EQ and I'm now getting a chance to play catch up.

When I last played I used slam (If I'm not mistaken) instead of using kick and I never used bash cause I duel wield. It played the movement of my barbarian almost doing a backhand from down to up.
My question is what the heck happend to slam and If It's still here how and where can I find and make a hotkey of it?
