I read and been told that there are two different runes of Fulguration. My question is how can you tell them part.
If you put one on your cursor and cast identify you should get a different lore message depending on which one it is.
Unfortunatly they have the same lore message.
Think they have different sell back prices to vendors (and probably purchase prices), plus of course they won't stack.
