A Bad, BAD, connection problemFollow

i've encountered a rather unique problem. I'm stranded in the Bazaar. I can't take my characters out with out going LD.. and when i go to SH or Nex, i procede to go LD every time i log on.. so i have to zone back into the Bazaar right fast to even have a chance of staying on longer than 15 seconds.. I've deleted the bazaar, nexus, and Shadow haven zones and re-downloaded them, but no luck.. i've also updated all drivers for my devices, as well as DX9. My characters zone fine on my friends computers. I just dont understand. If anyone has encountered a bug like this, then please tell me some details on your version, and if you found a fix, or know of one.
