Hi
Me and 3 mates have been powerlevelling for 2 days (from complete newbie) and have got to level 12 (after a couple of rerolls)
I realise we are still weak chars but we are sick of the grind and fancied doing a small quest just to break it up.
We have done the newbie armour quests - where now.
I should say that they haven't got all the expansions - they have got EQ:new dawn (doesn't have planes of knowledge in) so teleporting about iisn't as easy as it could be.

Hi, Well we are 2 magicians and one enchanter, all human in freeport. I can't find any info that would help me out, and i don't really want to pay for info on quests from this site.
The trouble being we dont know what would be good for us to use, something that gives mana, maybe other good qualities would be nice, we obviously dont want to wonder around the map to find a warrior quest do we :)
Anyway any help from old time magicians or magic users from freeport would be great.

I am still level 11 but thanks all the same. Solid levelling is getting to us (level 11 - 12 magician and enchanter) and I just fancied either doing a quest that drops a low level magic item or something - preferably a staff better than the cracked staff.
Alternatively going and ganking a mob knowing their is a chance it will drop something useful to me.

At your ages I was still getting the last of my newbie armour together - and getting slaughtered in East Commons starting on some of the pally stuff, and - if i remeber rightly taking my firsts lessons in North Ro. Rabies is a terrible thing!
In fact, I may just go try this myself one day soon - - love to ride a horse, just once:)

Bang on the mark. We hear comments such as 'whats this rabies do then? - dun't seem to do owt - hmm health not recharging - hmm - RUN - BLOODY MADMAN. Sit down, relearn spells, curse the fact you haven't bound to a nearer place. Can't find corpse.
Just entered the Oasis part which is a little harsh for us.
Loving the minataur runs though in steamy mountains hehe.

Wow horses look cool.
It is a shame it dies after one go but looks like a fun quest.
Can you save up and buy a horse somewhere - someone mentioned 60k = does this mean 60 plat?
And if so can you call it as often as you like.

about 60 times more than I have at level 42...

Ah well - looks like I aint getting a horse in a while lol. I started on the new server - I bet all of the server added together haven't got that yet lol

I believe https://everquest.allakhazam.com/qgen/ which is just quest lists is open to all comers. Also try http://www.eqmages.com and http://www.therunes.net/. Both sites have forums as well as spell and quest lists.
