I was wondering what does the warrior get for his epic?

Train them. You will need to have 2hs or 2hb when you hit high end oryou WILL die from riposte damage off the gods.
you can only train 20 into one skill i though?

No that is only for Tradekills like baking,Brewing, Etc, etc.. You can train your weapon offense bindwound skills all the way to max. the higher your skill though the more money you will have to shell out eventually.. you could always use the pet exploit with a friend. or get a higher level war, to tank and use your 2hs or 2hb to work on it.
All you need to do is to practice the skills. They go up pretty fast.
It is also my understanding that the warrior epic also turns into 2 1hs weapons so be sure to keep that skill up too.

Indeed it does. Blade of Tactics and Blade of Stradegy which combine in the Red Scabbard into the Blade of War. Although now you can give the mess to some guy and get permanent versions of all three for augmentation purposes.

While the Warrior Epic looks nice and is certainly a statement about someone's determination, I'd concentrate on all the levels between now and then if I were you.
You need to make a good reputation in groups and guild before anyone will mount those raids for you. That depends on making best use of whatever you can find or pick up and becoming a warrior people want to help with their epic. Don't neglect any skills, especially not 1HS/1HB. There is a long stretch from 40 to 50 where your skills are capped and you can round out all the neglected ones. Just try not to let them get too far behind in the meantime.
