Tribute QuestionFollow

Tribute Merchants have been taken down temporarily, as they were rather out of balance. Apparently lot of easily farmable and accessible items gave about 1k of tribute points and stuff. SoE says they should be back around the weekend.

Anyway, I found a link to a listing of the NPCs:

Edit: Some are missing on this list, for example the Tribute Master I was sent to (Good aligned Qeynos Bard). NPC called Christian something, near the Paladin guild in South Qeynos. Seeing that some of the towns on the link have multiple NPCs within the same zone I think there may be one for Good and one for Evil aligned classes or something.

Using the 'Find' option on your Actions window (ALT-M) makes finding the NPC you have to visit easy.

Compared to the Risk vs Reward paradigm they try to keep.

Being able to keep a year's worth of Flowing Thought V on yourself for less than 5pp worth of tinkered bait presumably isn't what they were going for when they came up with the Tribute idea.

Last patch Sony nerfed excess tribute points earned due to the bug on the patch on the 18th....
here's the pertinent text from the patch message:

Tribute System
------------------------

- You may see a change to your accrued favor points as we implement the second change to the Tribute System. As you know, many items were overvalued and have since been reduced. Now we will be adjusting the accrued favor pool to reflect the amount you should have received for items turned in prior to the changes. We know that this may take away some of your accrued points and for that we apologize, however this change will bring the system more in-line with our intentions. We hope that you agree that it was a reasonable and necessary change.
