Good news for UbiSoft accounts and GoD (European)Follow

Okay, I apologise for not posting this sooner. European players who hold accounts through Ubisoft, not SOE (Ubisoft are Sony's european sub-contractors) can not buy GoD as a download/online registration. As with LoY and LDoN they have to buy the expansions from a store, usually a while after the US customers have had access.

I have a Sony account and 2 Ubi accounts (long story)

Sony account has advantages (Can download/buy expansions when our chums across the pond do) and disadvantages (Sony's customer care blows!)

Ubi Accounts have cuddly and sensitive helpers, but you can't get the expansions when the rest of the world does.

Or can you?

This is so simple:
1 Go to http://eqlive.station.sony.com and go to 'My Account' (Log in with your ubi account's station name and password).

2 Click on the 'Edit Registration' Button

3 Change your password

4 Log out

5 Clear your cache (Restart PC is the surefire way)

6 Repeat step 1 (with new password of course)

7 Go to 'Station Store' and Buy GoD (or any other expansions you need)

Worked for me!!
