New Spell Vendors in Abysmal Sea...Follow

When you look at the map when your in the Abysmal Sea (The new ship city from GoD) you will notice that there are spell vendors that are all located in a general area. But once you get to that area, they are no where to be found. Anyone know if this is a bug? Or did they not put in the spell vendors yet? hmmm

Um... Also be aware that there's a pretty large "below decks" area that can be a bit hard to find. I spent quite a bit of time running around, looking at the map and trying to find people until I figured this out.

If you go to the very (forward? Not sure) end of the ship. There are ladders that lead to areas kinda on the sides (think of the ship as a giant catamaran, and they're on what would be the pontoon sections). There are doors that then go under the main deck. There are lots of vendors and stuff down there. I didn't particularly pay attention to exactly what kind though...
