Could anyone suggest a server for everquest? I have no clue on what server might have nicer people, or something like that....

Thanks,

I suggest Cazic-Thule. I've always had good experiences with the people on that server. If that's what you decide on, then send me a /tell in game (I'm Zebiss) if you have questions or need help with something. I'll be happy to do what I can.

Hey thanks a lot! I alllmosst clicked create character on another, I'll try that server out then. I'm choosing to be a fairly simple race/class to start out with, a Human/Warrior. I'm also having a difficult time deciding on where I should start Qeynos, or Freeport. Do you know which town may be better for me?

Thanks,

Stromm if you are a true newbie. There you will find alot who are just like you.

Luclin is my home server, I do have 2 toons on Stromm and a retired one on Povar. Luclin is one of the most populated servers and there are alot of high level toons, but I find that most people there are friendly and helpful. Of course, and in all situations dealing with a crowd of people you will find one or 2 jerks.

My first toon was a Human warrior. I started in Freeport for no particular reason. If I had to start her all over again I would've chose Qeynos. From there the zones progress nicely out as you level from Qeynos to Quenos Hills, then Blackburrow/WK/EK/SK or go to Highpass. From Freeport you are good up to about level 20 then have to do some travelling to get to some new XP through the always nasty Kith Forest or you are off to PoK and the stones. I like the idea of traveling through the zones myself, as if you are truly discovering new lands instead of just dashing from zone to zone via PoK. Gives a nice feeling to the game.

BTW-If you start one on Luclin my main is a 65 Wizard named Amersham. Will be happy to help if I can, but am in a raiding guild so there are times I just can't leave to come help.

I generally recommend Firiona Vie to people. Provided that the one character limit isn't huge for them, it generally just has a better ruleset. The environment also seems very friendly too, at least from what I've heard.
