Selling Bags in BazaarFollow
Go in the center merchant stalls through the door closest to the bank on the Nexus side. You buy them from the first merchant on your right...can't think of his name.

You turn the bag/token in to Caerlyna in the bazaar. She is the female barbarian outside the building with the trader satchel seller. When you zone in from the nexus, hug the right wall until you see Caerlyna to your left. She is on the left side of the doorway.
