Cant Connect to EQ? :: Free Realms

I am having trouble connection to EQ, I get this little windown coming up saying connecting, but it never connects and says cant establish a connection and to contact soe@ whatever email. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm sure this isn't a support forum, but I'll bite.

Give a description of your network and internet setups, please.

Router/no router?

Networked with one PC as a gateway?

Cable/DSL/Dialup?

Firewall/no firewall?

Cable Internet on Ethernet Adapter.

No Firewall. No router.
