Which quest giver?
The initial quest giver is contacted in your hometown. When you get to the right level (level 20 i think) you will get a message evertime you go to your hometown telling you the name of the quest giver and giving a clue to their whereabouts. In Kelethin, I was told to find an npc who was near a particular inn. You talk to that NPc to start the quest.

For the next part, look up Adventurer's stone on the Allakhazam quest search site and it will tell you who to see at the wayfarer's camp. It will also tell you the answers to the questions the npc will ask you.
